I’m Presenting at Kennesaw Mountain Writing Project Literacy Conference: September 27th

I just found out about an hour ago that my proposal to the Kennesaw Mountain Writing Project Literacy Conference was accepted! I’ll be presenting alongside my compatriot Mr. Nick Thompson from Lassiter High School. We’ll be revisiting a presentation we gave at this year’s GCTE conference. We had a few individuals join us that day, so we’re hoping to more educators will have a chance to join us in a way of rethinking a literary unit plan that accesses writing, annotation, and interpretive skills. Take a look inside for our sessions information; and if you haven’t registered for the conference yet, what are you waiting for?! It should be great and it’s only a one day commitment.

“Unleashing Student Interpretive Authority: An Abbreviated Novella Study“

Session B, from 9:45-10:45 a.m.
on Saturday, September 27th

Room # TBD (I’ll be sure to tweet it out as soon as I know!)
